A Thursday on retreat

Morning light through the shutters. The smell of coffee on the stone terrace. Katya's voice guiding the last sculpt set while the Tramuntana peaks catch the first sun. Salt still on your skin from the walk you took down to the cove before anyone else was up.

Someone laughing in the kitchen. The cook calling out that brunch is ready. Fresh figs on the table. The feeling of your own breath in your chest, unrushed, for the first time in months.

This is not a productivity retreat.

You are not going to come home with a new morning routine or a ten-point plan for your next quarter.

You are going to come home having remembered something. That you are a person, not a project. That your body has things to tell you when you let it speak. That joy is not something you earn after the to-do list is done.

You do not have to perform, push, or be anything other than yourself here. That is the whole invitation.

Morning movement

Daily Elevé Sculpt with Katya on the outdoor deck. Dance-inspired, genuinely effective, precise. You wake up stronger each day, not emptier.

Nourishment and space

A slow brunch prepared by your private chef using local, seasonal ingredients. The whole afternoon is yours. Pool, cove, nap, book, swim, or nothing.

Evenings that settle you

Gentle mat Pilates, yin yoga, guided meditation, a cacao ceremony, a boat to Sóller. Dinner outside as the light goes. Yoga Nidra if you want it.

Simone Topel

Simone is the founder of Held Retreats and the person who quietly makes the whole week feel like it was made for you. Over ten years of yoga, Buddhism, and coaching practice behind her, an ICF certification, 650 hours of yoga training between Rishikesh and London, and specialist work in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Yoga for Depression.

She has led wellness programmes for Meta, BMW, Moët Hennessy, and PwC, taught yoga to groups of three hundred on the beaches of Barcelona, and run sold-out retreats in Spain, France, and Morocco. What actually matters in the room is different, though. She is warm, direct, and real. People leave retreats saying they were seen for the first time in a long time.

Katya Bryleva

Co-facilitator · Founder of Elevé

Katya is the founder of Elevé, a dance-inspired sculpt method that builds strength, posture and ease in the body. She danced professionally in New York, appeared on Good Morning America and The Today Show, and has worked with Reebok, Fabletics, and Victoria's Secret. She now leads her signature classes across New York, Miami, Charleston, and the Hamptons.

In the room she makes women feel challenged and celebrated in equal measure. Mornings on retreat are hers.

The questions women usually ask

Quick answers.

Most of our guests come solo and it has never been the case. Women arrive as strangers and leave in long group chats that are still active two years later. The whole week is built to make that easy, from the welcome circle on the first night to the small group size.

No. The group is small enough that every class is personal, and Katya gives options for all levels. You can push yourself or take it gently, and you can change your mind on the same day. The point is to feel strong, not wrecked.

Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, most common needs. Before the retreat you will share what you need and the chef will plan around it. The food is one of the quiet highlights of the week.

Fly into Palma de Mallorca (PMI), around an hour and thirty minutes from the finca. We help coordinate airport transfers or you can take an Uber. Check-in is at 4pm on September 29. Check-out is at 2pm on October 4. If you want to stay longer we are happy to send recommendations.

Yes, and it works beautifully. Let us know when you book and we will do our best to put you in the same room. Some women also prefer to come solo and make the friends on-site. Both work here.

Retreat payments are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel more than 60 days before the retreat we will transfer your full credit to another retreat. Inside 60 days we may make exceptions if we can fill your spot.

Flights to and from Mallorca, optional spa treatments or excursions outside the itinerary, and travel insurance. Everything in the itinerary is included.

No pressure either way. The call is just a chance to ask anything that is still open, hear Simone's voice, and feel whether it is the right week. Some women book on the call. Some sit with it and book later. Some decide it is not the right timing. All of that is fine.
